Patch Test

• Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or inner arm
  
• Leave uncovered for 24 hours
  
• Do not apply other products on the area
  
• Check for redness, itching, rash, pimples, or irritation
  
• If no reaction occurs, proceed with full use
  
• Continue to observe skin during the first 24 hours of use

Important Notes

• When testing multiple products, use different areas on the inner arm
  
• Patch testing is especially important for babies and sensitive skin
  
• If irritation occurs at any time, discontinue use
  

Heat & Storage

Keep at room temperature.

Extreme heat may cause the Scar Butter to arrive melted. If so, remove the lid carefully and refrigerate for 15 minutes to solidify.

If this is your first time using Scar Butter, we recommend starting with the trial size. This allows you to experience the texture, scent, and how your skin responds before moving to a larger size.

The trial size is designed to:

• Try the product on a small, consistent area
  

For smaller areas (like the face), the trial size may last 7-10 days when used as directed.

For larger areas, choose one small section and apply Scar Butter to the same area daily until the trial is finished.

How to Use

Step 1: Cleanse the desired area with one of our Skinfood soaps.

Step 2: Pat skin dry, leaving it slightly damp.

Step 3: Using the wooden spatula provided, apply a thin layer of Scar Butter to the impacted area.

• Do not allow water or dirty fingers into the jar
  
• Always use the wooden spatula to scoop product

What to Expect

• Use consistently day, night, or both
  
• For best results, use Scar Butter exclusively for at least 4 weeks before introducing new products
  
• Use no less than 20 applications to begin noticing changes (some may see results sooner)
