A great skincare regimen requires planning and discipline. Results take time, so as I’ve mentioned before, consistency is key
First and foremost, I advise taking The Donata Skinfood Quiz. This will make sure that you have the right collection of products from the start. The quiz is a great tool to help you find which Skinfood products are best for you.
Once you have the products specific to your needs, it’s time to go in on the skin!
The ideal weekly routine:
- Cleanse/Mask/Toner/ Moisturize (The Mask should only be used twice a week, we recommend our new Le Jardin Mask)
- Cleanse/Scrub/Toner/Moisturize (The Scrub may be used 1 or 2 times a week.)
- Cleanse/Toner/Moisturize on other days.
- Pine Tar Soap: Combination/Normal Skin
- Spinach Soap: Dry Skin
- Turmeric Soap: Oily Skin

Keep In Mind:
When settling into your routine, there are a few additional things to keep in mind. Make sure you are mindful of water temperature. Water that is too hot will hinder the best of skincare routines, aim for cool to lukewarm water. Also, when applying products, don’t be overly aggressive, and avoid over-stretching the skin as well. Be sure to use the right Skinfood Soap for your cleansing phase, as this sets the tone for the rest of the routine.
