Happy Saturday :)… what is one thing you can do today to get your skin poppin??? Exfoliate! It’s that simple. Look in your fridge, do you have some Pineapples or Papaya? Awesome… get it out and cut a piece.

Wash your face, take that piece of Pineapple or Papaya (inside peel of Papaya is better) and rub it gently on your face. Leave it for no more than 5 minutes. Our goal is to allow the Pineapple or Papaya to gently remove the dead cells on the surface of your skin. After 5 minutes wash off the Pineapple or Papaya and moisturize. ***IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THESE FRUITS PLEASE DO NOT USE IT***
