Episode 4 • Earthing/Grounding… release stress naturally
Earthing is amazing on so many levels… mind and body. Something simple you can do everyday whether you are at the beach, at the park even in your backyard. Take advantage of nature and how it heals the body. While earthing, always be mindful of where you place your feet so you don’t step into something or on something.
Below are some articles and videos on both earthing and Qigong. Take your health into your own hands and find ways to heal your body from the root. Not saying not to see your doctor but take time to research and learn what your body needs also. Be part of your healthcare.
